Save the date!  The Empire League Finals will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 in beautiful Craig Regional Park.

You will need to add or delete any entries to the roster that you previously uploaded.  Once you have updated your roster,  REMEMBER THAT YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR ATHLETES IN THIS MEET.

All updates to your roster and Registering your Athletes in the Meet MUST BE COMPLETED BY 5:00pm ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2009.

The order of races will be:

1:00pm - Girls JV
1:30pm - Boys JV
2:00pm - Girls Frosh/Soph
2:30pm - Boys Frosh/Soph
3:00pm - Girls Varsity
3:30pm - Boys Varsity

Teams should be at the meet venue no later than 12:00 noon on race day.
